Bio: Elizabeth Cayne’s work explores femininity, domesticity, nature and mythology using collage, video, paint, and performance. A native of Louisville, Kentucky, Cayne studied film and art history at Yale before settling in San Francisco. The artist has exhibited at SFMOMA, the San Francisco Art Institute, Queen’s Nails Annex, Root Division, and Yale’s British Art Center. She currently pursues her MFA in New Genres from SFAI.
